Vicki has over 18 years of nursing experience, including as Director of Nursing for Little Sisters of the Poor, a nursing home in Kansas City. She had the idea for Guiding Light Advocates after seeing so many client families struggling to maintain strong communication with their loved one’s providers.

Sara has worked on customer-facing digital experiences for a Fortune 100 company, and has been in technology in the U.S. military. As her family ages, she has become passionate about helping families navigate the confusing, scary space of health care.
